Our journey began with frustration. In 2015, our founder, Kristian Sandahl, was waiting to charge his new electric car. Five charging stations were occupied by cars that had already finished charging, but their owners were nowhere to be found.
That moment sparked determination—there had to be a better way to improve charging accessibility.
A few years later, ChargeNode launched its first groundbreaking and patent-pending charging system, revolutionizing the Swedish market. Today, over 25,000 charging points have been installed.
Now, ChargeNode is Sweden's leading charging operator, managing over 40,000 charging points, nearly half of which are now traditional charging boxes.
