AmpSociety delivers 550 charge points to ChargeNode and Brf Masthugget

AmpSociety, together with ChargeNode and Brf Masthugget, has taken a major step toward promoting sustainable e-mobility in Sweden.

Brf Masthugget, Sweden’s largest housing cooperative with over 1,000 residences in central Gothenburg, has chosen ChargeNode as its charging operator and AmpSociety as its hardware provider to build Sweden’s largest charging hub.

The project includes an impressive 550 charging points, making it one of the largest charging facilities in Sweden and a groundbreaking investment in green mobility for multi-residential communities.

ChargeNode will handle operation, payment solutions, and monitoring through its innovative charging service, which optimizes power distribution across charging points. Meanwhile, AmpSociety is supplying Amp5, a future-proof charging system that combines high reliability with scalability and user-friendliness. This collaboration highlights the potential for housing cooperatives to make a significant environmental impact and support their members' transition to electric vehicles.

Since 1980, Brf Masthugget has been a leader among Swedish housing cooperatives, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. This ambitious initiative reinforces the cooperative’s role in setting the standard for modern residential development and eco-friendly infrastructure in urban areas.
